Registration of entrepreneurs will be simplified in Ukraine

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is preparing instant registration of individual entrepreneurs (physicalEntrepreneur) online.

Such positive news was shared by the head of the Transformation Ministry, Mikhail Fedorov, on his Facebook page.

Register business activitywill be possible on the official website of government services “Diya”, without the participation of the state registrar in automatic mode. The website already offers the possibility of registering individual entrepreneurs, issuing driver’s licenses and internal passports. Currently, obtaining these documents requires filling out electronic forms and further processing them by the state registrar. The proposed changes will make it possible to register individual entrepreneurs automatically and almost instantly. For this purpose, the department is also preparing changes to the legislation, the head of the ministry notes.

At the same time, according to statistics, the number of new registrations of individual entrepreneurs has sharply decreased after the introduction of quarantine in the country.
