Quarantined Kiev: BlockchainUA conference postponed to May 22

In connection with the epidemic of coronavirus, the authorities of Kiev declared quarantine. It will begin on March 12 and pre will last until the end of the month, said the mayor of the Ukrainian capital, Vitali Klitschko.

Despite the fact that the coronavirus has not yet been diagnosed in Kiev, local authorities impose quarantine as preventive measures.

In particular, they will temporarily close all educational institutions, entertainment centers and limit the holding of public events.

In this regard, the eighth BlockchainUA conference, scheduled for March 20, is postponed to the end of May.

"In connection with the official statement of the mayor of KievVitali Klitschko on limiting public events in the city, we are forced to postpone BlockchainUA to May 22. We ask all conference participants to be sympathetic to the current force majeure situation, ”- conference organizers said in a comment to ForkLog.
