The Permian Territory Procuracy announced the exchange of bitcoins for rubles outside the law

According to information posted on the website of the prosecutor's office of the Perm region, the Kungur city court satisfied the demands of the prosecutor oban a number of unnamed internet-resources, on which you posted information about the ways of withdrawing bitcoins in rubles.

AFTER entry into force from 1 January 2021the law "On digital financial assets", in which the cryptocurrencies are considered legitimate with the limitation of using them for the payment of goods and for the maintenance of a minimum amount of money.

The law clearly states that a cryptocurrency in Russia can be bought, produced, sold and made with it other transactions.

Kungursk city court of the Perm region(permanent court presence in the village of Berezovka) met the requirements of the treatment and made a decision about blocking access to the indicated information. The decision has been made in the framework of the fulfillment of the law on countering the legalization of documents obtained in a straightforward way.

It is also noted that starting from January 2021, that is, from the moment of entering into force of the law "O CFA"
