Mike Novogratz: Bitcoin will not become a payment instrument

Billionaire Mike Novogratz believes Bitcoin is not suited for mass payments.

On the Exchanges at Goldman podcastSachs, CEO of Galaxy Digital Holdings, said that the main uses of bitcoin are saving and saving, rather than conducting daily transactions.

Bitcoin will not be a legal tender. The system is not really configured for payments. It is not fast enough for thousands of transactions.

The investor believes that there are enough other digital currencies on the market that can take on a payment role, and bitcoin will secure the status of digital gold.

According to him, the prevailing macroeconomic background contributes to the strengthening and spread of bitcoin:

The Treasury and the government fund everything we want to spend, and it's happeningSo, we had serious shortages before COVID.Now we have insane deficits, the political backdrop is giving us a tailwind, and the market is becoming more and more popular. You'd have to be crazy to ignore it.
