MicroStrategy plans to conduct a private placement, during which it will sell $600 million of convertible notes.
The bonds will be converted into either cash or MicroStrategy shares. Interest rate, conversion price and other conditions will be determined during the evaluation of the offer.
As a reminder, on February 2, MicroStrategy acquired 295 BTC worth $ 10 million. The week before that, on January 22, the company also invested $ 10 million in bitcoin.
