Scammers disguised as MetaMask are trying to lure users' seed phrases
MetaMask wallet developers warned their users about the new lookfraud. The entry says that users should not use the Instant Support service (instant support) - as part of the procedure, hackers are asked to fill out a Google form in which they need to enter their seed phrase.
MetaMask employees stated that they do not use Google forms and do not redirect their users to fill out such forms.
In addition, they encouraged users to report cases of fraud - the "report scam" function is built right into the application.
