Scammers disguised as MetaMask are trying to lure users' seed phrases
MetaMask wallet developerswarned their users about a new lookfraud. The entry states that users should not use the Instant Support service – As part of the procedure, hackers ask you to fill out a Google form in which you must enter your seed phrase.
MetaMask employees stated that they do not use Google forms and do not redirect their users to fill out such forms.
They also encouraged users to report cases of fraud – The “report a scam” function is built right into the application.
