Media: Morgan Stanley wants to acquire stake in Bithumb

According to Korean media reports, Morgan Stanley is in talks to acquire a stake in the Bithumb exchange.

March 18Aju News reported that the bank is going to buy about 10% of the shares of the exchange from Bident.Morgan is estimated to invest between $250 million and $450 million in shares. 

Cointelegraph analyst Joseph Young shared the news on his Twitter, adding that BIthumb is valued at $ 2 billion.

Recall that this week Morgan Stanley issued an appeal to clients who hold more than $ 2 million in accounts with a proposal to invest part of the portfolio in bitcoin funds.
