According to media reports, the founder of Terraform Labs, Do Kwon, set up a company in Serbia for less than $1 a few weeks after Interpol put him on the international wanted list.

According to DLNews, citing documents from the Serbian Register of Enterprises, in October 2022, Do Kwon opened a company called "Codokoj22 d.o.o.For its registration, Kwon paid only 100 Serbian dinars ($0.92).The main activity of this company is the provision of consulting services.Kwon was listed as the sole owner, and the former CEOChai Corporation's Han Chang-Joon is listed as another CEO.

Kwon and Han are believed to have used their Korean passports to register the company, which is still operational.In addition, Kwon hired the Serbian law firm Gecic Law to represent him.

Ognjen Colic, a partner at Gecic Law, said that Kwon has undergone a standard security check that is carried out for each client.Kwon was also "punched" on the Interpol website, which did not find information about his search.According to Kolik, there is no information about Kwon on the Interpol websiteand now, although earlier Interpol included the founder of Terraform Labs in the list of the most wanted criminals, notifying law enforcement officers from other countries.Kwon is accused of orchestrating a multibillion-dollar fraud in connection with the collapse of the Terra ecosystem.

A few days ago, police arrested Kwon in Montenegro with forged documents.According to the Criminal Code of Montenegro, this violation carries a maximum penalty of up to three years' imprisonment.The U.S. Attorney's Office also charged Kwon with fraud and market manipulation, seeking his extradition to the states.In February, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) charged the creator of Terraform Labs with violating securities laws.
