MasterCard survey: 75% of millennials want to invest in cryptocurrencies

A survey conducted by MasterCard found that four in ten people plan to use cryptocurrency formaking payments next year.

The results were released on May 4, titled Consumer Appetite for Digital Payments. 15,500 people from 18 countries took part in the survey.

It turned out that millennials are especially interested incryptocurrencies – 67% of them say they know more about cryptocurrencies than they did a year ago. 77% of millennials want to learn more about crypto, and 75% want to invest in or already own digital assets.

Of the respondents of all ages, about 40% expressed their readiness to use cryptocurrencies as a means of payment.

Millennials – these are people born between 1982 and 2000 – their current age is between 21 and 39 years.
