Payment giants Mastercard and Visa have invested an undisclosed amount in Plaid, a cryptocurrency fintech platform, cost whose funding has recently reached 2.5 billion dollars.

Investing in Fintech Plaid
Zach Perret, Co-Founder and Chief Executive OfficerPlaid's director, announced on his blog on Monday that the firm is on its way to creating a consumer-oriented financial ecosystem that "will significantly improve the way it manages its financial life."
- Plaid is currently helping users.connect their bank accounts to the application and serves cryptocurrency clients, including Coinbase exchange and purse provider Abra, American Express and Venmo, PayPal mobile payment service.
- This year, Plaid also made its debut in the list of 50 best LinkedIn startups in the United States with a rating of 49. To date, the startup has attracted more than $ 350 million in venture financing.
