Individuals who are not qualified investors can purchase digitalfinancial assets...within one yearthrough the operator of the exchange of digital financial assets, provided that the amount of money transferred in payment for them, or the aggregate value of other digital financial assets transferred as a counter-offer,does not exceed 600 thousand rubles

Only qualified investors can purchase digital financial assets issued in information systems that are organized under foreign law.

Only persons who are qualifiedinvestors can acquire digital financial assets, (if - ed.) in the decision to issue digital financial assets, including monetary claims, the period during which the person issuing digital financial assets is obliged to fully fulfill the obligation for which the monetary claim is included into digital assets
