Lexus has demonstrated its vision of cars for future inhabitants of lunar colonies.
The concepts presented look likelike vehicles from sci-fi movies, while sharing some of the design cues of the next-generation Lexus LF-30 Electric Concept.
In total, the company's designers have developed sevenfuturistic vehicle options. One of them is the Lexus Cosmos flying jet (image above), in which passengers will be able to enjoy the view thanks to extensive glass elements.
AnotherThe concept is a magnetic levitation car called Zero Gravity, which looks more like a motorcycle and also moves.
The next option was the Bouncing Moon Roller, which resembles a high-tech gyroscope for comfortable and safe movement over rough terrain.
Lexus also presented its own original model of transport designed to deliver migrants and tourists from Earth to satellite.
The remaining three concepts are slightly modified versions of lunar rovers from science fiction films, with massive wheels, flowing oval bodies and panoramic windows.
While Lexus is only fantasizing about this topic,Its parent company, Toyota Motor, is already working with the Japanese Aerospace Agency to create the six-wheeled JAXA all-terrain vehicle, which they plan to send to the Moon in 2029.</p>
