JPMorgan strategists advise investing 1% of portfolio in bitcoin

JPMorgan strategists advised investorsinvest in Bitcoin about 1% of the volume of their investment portfolio, writes Bloomberg. They believe that cryptocurrency is capable of hedging risks from fluctuations in traditional asset classes such as stocks, bonds and commodities. Analysts recommend investing no more than 1% in the main digital coin to reduce the risk of sharp drops in the value of bitcoin.

“In a portfolio with several assets, investorscan probably add up to 1% of their funds to cryptocurrencies to achieve efficiency gains in the portfolio's overall risk-adjusted return, ”the investor advisory said.

The bank's strategists draw the attention of investors to the fact that cryptocurrencies are an investment instrument, not a funding currency.
