JPMorgan opened a department in the Decentraland metaverse

JPMorgan became the first bank in the virtual world of Decentraland with a lounge area for clients.

The largest US bank is the firstoffered his services to the metaverse. The bank opened an Onyx salon in the virtual world. 

According to bankers, “metanomics” is actively developing, and the number of its users is growing rapidly. The market for virtual plots of land is also taking off. Over the past year, their prices have doubled. 

According to the bank's experts, the market will soonvirtual real estate will need additional services, just like in our reality. Lease and lease agreements, mortgage loans and real estate services - all this will be in demand in the new virtual world. At the same time, the niche of traditional financial intermediaries can be occupied by decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO).

Photos of the virtual bank have already appeared on the network. Guests will be greeted by a friendly tiger, and a photograph of bank boss Jamie Dimon hangs on the wall.

Large companies are already exploring the new space. Samsung has already opened its first store in Decentraland. And the island nation of Barbados announced the opening of an embassy for the metaverse.
