McAfee positions GHOST ("ghost") inas a way to become a "ghost in online transactions." Phantom transactions will use an advanced pool of escrow accounts and will be verified using evidence with zero disclosure.

Growing interest in coin privacy optionsbecoming an ever wider phenomenon. Recall, Grin cryptocurrency developer David Burkett introduced a new plan for the implementation of the MimbleWimble protocol, which will add support for "non-interactive transactions" in Litecoin.

Forklog also reported on the plans of the TRON Foundation and the TRONZ development team to introduce zero-agreement proof-of-agreement (zk-SNARKs) technology into the TRX cryptocurrency and thus achieve an "unprecedented level of privacy".

Let us remember that recently McAfee prophesied for Bitcoinreaching the $1 million mark this year. In 2017, he promised to eat his penis if the first cryptocurrency wasn't worth $500,000 by the end of 2020, and later doubled down. However, already this year he stated that the future of the crypto industry belongs to altcoins, and called Bitcoin “a real shitcoin.”
