I wrote to Tink and this is what they replied:
At the moment, operations with cryptocurrency are not prohibited, but are considered high-risk, including due toanonymous nature of the activity. Most transactions with cryptocurrencies are carried out outside the legal regulation of both the Russian Federation and most other states (the position of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation www.cbr.ru/press/pr/?file=04092017_183512if2017-09-04T18_31_05.htm), so we strongly do not recommend conducting them on bank accounts. We also inform you that according to the Letter of the Ministry of Finance of Russia dated May 17, 2018 N 03-04-07 / 33234, income received from the sale and purchase of cryptocurrency should be taxed.
Additionally, we recommend that you readguidelines of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation: www.cbr.ru/StaticHtml/File/117540/20210906_16-mr.pdf. Whether the bank will have questions if the client performs such operations, we cannot say with certainty, since the checks are carried out on an individual basis, based on many different factors. If the bank has any questions, then most likely it will be necessary to document the source of the origin of funds, as well as provide detailed information on transactions made with cryptocurrency. Some of the documents may also need to be notarized. We strongly recommend that you comply with the standards prescribed in the methodological recommendations of the Central Bank No. 16 - MR in order to avoid bank checks. We also draw your attention to the fact that the bank has the right to set restrictions, for example, in accordance with clauses 4.5 and 7.3.9 of the UKCD.
I thought about different schemes, to sell for 500k, etc., but it’s not even an hour, I’m afraid that the money will be frozen anyway and which bank will give it back later ...
at least through binance it will do as I understand there is no difference?
Or are these troubles only through P2P and will not be through the classic dispute exchange?
your opinion gentlemen?
