Canaan Inc, a leading supplier of mining equipment, received from HIVE Blockchain Technologies Ltd. (HIVE) purchase order 4000ASICs with a total operating hash power of 272 PH/s.
The company will deliver the ASIC in two equal batches of 2,000 miners each in August and September this year.
This will complement those purchased from HIVE earlier in thisyear 6400 AvalonMiner 1246, with a cumulative working hash rate of 576 PH / s. At the moment, the total HIVE hash rate has almost reached 1 exahesh per second, with a daily income of $ 550,000 and an annual income of $ 200 million from the production of BTC and ETH.
HIVE headquartered in Vancouver, Canada,is the first cryptocurrency mining company to pursue a green energy strategy. With data centers in Canada, Iceland and Sweden, the company aims to build a bridge between traditional capital markets and the digital currency and blockchain industry.
