Glassnode: most Ethereum investors remain "in the positive"

80% of Ethereum market supplyat the addresses of its holders it remains “in profit”, despite a significant decrease in prices in relation to the historical maximum. This is evidenced by data from Glassnode.

This is the third time since 2017 that ETH's profitability has reached similar levels. The last time, the profitability of investments in cryptocurrency significantly exceeded 80% at price points around $ 700.

Last June, Ethereum's profitability alsoreached 80% at a market value of $ 360. ETH is currently trading 32% below this level, but this did not prevent it from reaching the designated mark again.

According to the Glassnode methodology, coins are considered profitable if their market value was lower than the current one at the time of the last movement of funds within the Ethereum network.

In May, Glassnode experts reported that more than 77% of ETH in the accounts of external holders did not move for half a year.
