GeekBrains Launches Free Courses for Software Testers

Educational portal GeekBrains announcedopening enrollment for free training courses for software testers. After five months of training, students will receive knowledge and experience at the junior tester level, and the three best graduates will undergo a three-month internship at Mail.ru Group with the prospect of further employment.

The entrance test consists of three stages,Based on the results of completion, 50 students will be enrolled in the course. Training will begin in January 2020, the educational process is divided into modules. Students will master the basic concepts intesting:  development of test cases, equivalence classes and boundary conditions, working with a bug tracker, regression testing, user interface testing. Separate modules will be devoted to test analysis, domain testing and parameter combinations, test combinatorics.

Lessons will be held in interactive format.courses, videos and online broadcasts several times a week in the evening according to Moscow time, they will also be available on record. Graduates will receive a certificate and certificate confirming their qualifications.

After the end of the program, based on the results of studies and interviews with the supervisor, the three best students will be enrolled in a two-month remote internship at Mail.ru Group.
