Former Magic The Gathering chapter develops blockchain game

Immutable has raised $15 million in its latest round of funding to develop and develop a card-basedblockchain game Gods Unchained. The project management states that the new game is the world's first esports discipline on the blockchain.

Gods Unchained Development Team LeadsChris Clay, who was previously the project manager for Magic The Gathering Arena. According to representatives of Immutable, the new card game will allow players to buy, sell and give in-game items using blockchain technology.

Funds received during financing will beused to create a set of tools that will help other studios develop games on the Immutable blockchain, as well as for conducting an advertising campaign.

At the moment, the game Gods Unchained is at the beta testing stage, however, more than $4.5 million has already been earned from the sale of in-game cards.
