Explosive DeFi Growth of Cardano | Twitter Spaces with Muesliswap

Share Tweet Post Share Post Email Cardano Blockchain Data Shows Explosive Developer Activity and Stableincrease in the number of active addresses by 90%.While the explosive growth has not been reflected in ADA prices, more than 1,146 projects are being built on the blockchain. While the Twitter space was meant to celebrate Muesliswap's birthday, the platform called on leading Cardano projects to discuss the space and tell users what to expect in the future. Muesliswap's head of technical development said that the goal of DeFi is to create a reliable DEX for everyone to exchange tokens, invest in liquidity pools and trade on the Cardano blockchain. Sundaeswap, the second project presented at the session, revealed that it was launched in January with a long lead time for swapping and depositing multiple tokens on its DEX. Their plans include improving governance policies, deploying robust yield programs, researching solutions for healthy scaling, and working on the user interface. Protocol CTO, Pi Laningham, applauded Muesliswap's efforts and expressed the need for interoperability across all DeFi protocols.

Pi also noted that the MuesliSwap aggregator is verypowerful and acts as a backup solution for all other DEXs, saying: “If the SundaeSwap site goes down, you can continue to place your orders on the Muesliswap aggregator” An important segment of the discussion was understanding where some projects came from after being built on Cardano. Pi talked about the process of creating projects on Cardano and compared the complexity of creating projects on Cardano or Ethereum. He believes that it is important for experimental builders to practically run Cardano smart contracts, rather than test the blockchain theoretically. Speaking on behalf of Muesliswap, @Niels_muesli said that the most important part of building projects on Cardano is exploring new features that are not possible on other blockchains. Other top Cardano projects featured on Twitter included COTI Network, Eternl Wallet, MELD Defi, Indigo Protocol, World Mobile token, and Oracle Charli3. The live session also featured two surprise guests – Cardano $HOSKY meme token ecosystem and Emurgo blockchain SAAS solution. Alexander Panasenko from COTI addressed the need for community participation in the creation process to spread more information about new products. When asked if they need a community testnet to launch their products, Alexander said that they do not rely on the community for testing, but instead have a team of quality assurance experts. However, Alexander stressed that COTI welcomes all community members who want to test on the testnet. Muesliswap – The first decentralized exchange on the Cardano blockchain.

The platform that calls itself the first hybridDEX is focused on the operation of the largest decentralized exchange based on the ideas of the traditional order book. Taking the traditional order book and adding new features to it, Muesliswap has led the way, eliminating price disputes, lot sizing overlaps and multiple rebounds. A revitalized ecosystem is growing around the Cardano network and is driving a revolution of builders who seek to disrupt staking, yield farming, and liquidity pools. Muesliswap opens up many opportunities for traders and liquidity providers by creating a platform where anyone can become a market maker and contribute to liquidity pools.

Although this is only a brief overview of the entire conversation,Cryptoslate is pleased to invite everyone to listen to the entire recording on Twitter and interact with some of the speakers. This is a post about the media partnership between Cryptoslate and Muesliswap, which is a sneak peek of a more in-depth Twitter Space chat session between several builders discussing the Cardano DeFi space.
