Exoskeletons from a Russian manufacturer will facilitate the work of loaders and installers

South-West State University in partnership with Norilsk Nickel presented exoskeletons to Russian enterprises to facilitate the lifting of heavy loads by workers.

As part of the presentation of exoskeletons heldquick training and testing of the provided copies. The suit is put on overalls, after which it is attached to the worker with the help of belts. The main function of the Russian exoskeletal complex is to remove the load on the hands and lower back while working with heavy loads. The maximum weight of the cargo is 60 kg. Submitted ten exoskeleton samples, they are designed for people with a height of 160 to 190 cm.

Costumes designed for movers and installersmetal structures, therefore, among the visitors of the presentation there were many representatives of heavy metallurgy: NLMK, Metalloinvest, MMK, OMK, etc. The event was held at a training ground at Southwestern State University.

Given that the R & D division of Norilsk Nickel and italso works in the field of artificial intelligence, it can be assumed that neural networks in the future will help to provide a higher efficiency of exoskeletons.

To create individual parts of the costume, 4D printing technology can be used.
