Ethereum Launches Block Explorer for Beacon Test Network

The Ethereum smart contract platform has taken another small step towards ETH 2.0 with the launch of the Explorerblocks for the Beacon test network.

In November, Lighthouse client developer for Ethereum 2.0 Adrian Manning reported that he was working on a public testnet capable of interoperating with the first version of Ethereum.

According to the information he published, a standardization of the deposit contract is underway, which will allow the transfer of funds from the first version of Ethereum to the second.

Let us remind you that the Ethereum hard fork called Istanbul, which is expected to mark the beginning of the transition to ETH 2.0, should take place on the night from Saturday to Sunday — December 8th.
