David Marcus: Novi wallet licensed in multiple states

Facebook's head of blockchain and fintech, David Marcus, spoke about the process of working on the Novi wallet.

In the words ofMarcus, Novi Digital Wallet received a licensein almost all major states of America. He also noted that Facebook managed to start a constructive dialogue with financial regulators in different countries. 

Marcus wrote:

We have received a license or permission for Noviin virtually every state, and we will not launch where we have not received similar approvals. The Diem Association has become an independent organization that conducts dialogue with regulators in the United States and the world.
