I came to the conclusion that any Crypto Exchange iskitchen. Just because the commissions on the same Binance, as I understand it, are 0.1%, which means transactions are not recorded in blockchains, because then the commission would be about $ 10.
also if you look at the quotes, then thereliquidity is almost bottomless, especially for illiquid assets. that is, it is obvious that the exchange itself acts as a market maker and counterparty. that is, it works like a typical forex kitchen.
From here I immediately conclude that not a single exchange is interested in withdrawing money, since these are its direct losses.
so far, I consider only Binance as the most decent of all the other muddy sharags.
