Coinmetrics: each USDT token is traded 46 times during the year

Coinmetrics researchers shared a very interesting observation: according to their data, every single USDT tokentraded on average more than 46 times a year.

Such data once again confirm thatTether's stablecoin remains a key tool in liquidity flows. It can also be assumed that the largest trading volumes of USDT fall not on individual traders, but on exchanges.

This, for example, is indicated by the increasingly frequent large transactions monitored by the service.

Currently the largest number of USDTIt falls on the Ethereum blockchain, however, tokens issued on the TRON blockchain begin to play an increasingly important role. So, as of the end of January, almost 1 billion TRON-USDT was issued.

As you can see in the chart below, the volume of ETH-USDT is also growing, but OMNI-USDT indicators have been steadily declining since last September.
