CoinGecko will add a crypto derivatives section

Cryptocurrency data aggregator CoinGecko launches a service to track derivatives trades, whichwill start operating on October 29.

The press release stated that the service will track more than 20 exchangers offering cryptocurrency derivatives services. CoinGecko CEO said:

This year we are seeing strong market growthderivatives. We are encouraged by such indicators and want to provide users with access to market information, as well as influence their further maturation.

Recall that this year many exchanges launched futures offers, for example, Binance, OKEx or Huobi.

In addition, the Bakkt platform, which offers bitcoin contract trading, was recently launched.As previously reported, the exchange showed significant growth last weektrading volume – on October 23, 1179 BTC worth of contracts were sold on the platform.
