Cryptocurrency derivatives platform CoinFLEX has hired former Binance employee Leslie Tam.led the over-the-counter division of the popular exchange. It is reported by The Block.
Tam will take over at Hong Kongdirector of strategy. In particular, he will be responsible for developing new markets and launching products. Tam has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, before Binance he headed the institutional division of Merrill Lynch's Hong Kong office.
Launched in early 2019, CoinFLEX was the first platform to introduce cryptocurrency-based deliverable futures to the market.
CoinFLEX's share in the crypto derivatives market is 8.6%
