Coinbase is considering 17 candidates for listing

Leading US crypto exchange Coinbase intends to expand its trading services by adding seventeendigital currencies, including Gram from Telegram.

The exchange said it intends to consider assets not yet issued for future support.

List of cryptocurrencies considered for listingIncludes Telegram's Gram, as well as Polkadot, Filecoin, Avalanche, Celo, Chia, Coda, Dfinity, Handshake, Kadena, Mobilecoin, NEAR, Nervos, Oasis, Orchid, Solana and Spacemesh.

Although the exchange intends to list 17 digital currencies, it did not indicate any specific dates for this, and also clarified that the listings would be based on local regulatory standards.

Coinbase is actively increasing its listing asLast month, the exchange announced its plans to add 8 more tokens to its offering. However, since then only support for Dash and Algorand has been added to Coinbase Pro. 

Currently bidding on the Coinbase platformare possible with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, USD Coin, XRP, Stellar, Zcash, 0x, Litecoin and the Basic Attention token, as well as dozens of tokens issued for these blockchains.
