The founder of the Cardano blockchain in an interview revealed some details of the deal to acquire the largest news media about the crypto industry, Coindesk.
During the ask-me-anything (AMA) question sessionOn YouTube, the entrepreneur announced that he had signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). That is why he cannot give out all the details of the negotiations on the purchase of Coindesk.
At the same time, Charles Hoskinson expressed doubt that the deal could take place at all:
"I don't think I'll buy it, but we'll see where the negotiations go."
The businessman denied rumors about the acquisition of the American media giant CNN, clarifying that he does not have the slightest interest in acquiring a “traditional media channel.”
Charles Hoskinson previously proposed integratingNFT technology in news so that users can interact with similar content. According to Cardano's creator, people would be able to view each individual story "as a living object."
Talks about the sale of Coindesk began immediately after information about the possible bankruptcy of Genesis appeared. Both projects are closely related to DCG.
