Cardano's official commercial arm EMURGO Group has announced the creation of a «Blockchain Task Force»together with the National Agency for Project Management (NAPU) of Uzbekistan, Kobea Group and Infinity Blockchain Holdings. This is stated on the EMURGO blog.
As part of the partnership, EMURGO will help develop a regulatory framework for tokenized securities offerings (STOs) and further trade in security tokens in Central Asia.
In addition, EMURGO and the Kobea Group will advise NAPU on issues of digital asset trading, blockchain education and banking.
“Uzbekistan is more ready than ever to embrace innovation.We are pleased to provide consulting services to the government of Uzbekistan, provide educational and academic services at the country’s universities and support the development of future specialists to build blockchain infrastructure,” —said EMURGO CEO Ken Kodama.
Earlier it became known that NAPU will launch a mining pool and a licensed bitcoin exchange.
