Capital. What every Investor should know and do.

Greetings dear colleagues!
Today I decided to talk about capital.
I studied a lot of books beforemake this conclusion.
In the beginning I studied Robert Kiyosaki. In his cash flow game, I saw a table that had capital in it.

I immediately noticed assets and liabilities.
It turned out that many of the investors I read about knew this very well.
After which I made my own table of assets and liabilities.

In it, I reflected all the assets that the investor hasand all the obligations he has. With the help of this table, the investor will be able to withdraw his capital (net). From here you can derive the Capital formula: Assets-Liabilities = CAPITAL.
I calculate my capital every month, of course it is constantly changing. I will write on the topic of income and expenses in another post (if this topic is relevant).
