Canadians invented toothpaste in tablets to get rid of plastic tubes

Change Toothpaste, a Canadian company, has released tablet-shaped toothpaste as an alternative to hygiene products in plastic tubes.

Empty paste tubes are not recyclable, therefore, hundreds of millions of units are sent annually to landfills, where nature will need more than 500 years to decompose their plastic, polymers and resins. This prompted two Canadian entrepreneurs to invent a new type of toothpaste.

After more than 100 different forms and recipes, the end result was white tablets that cancompletely replace the classic hygiene product. To use, just bite into one of them, and then start brushing your teeth with a damp brush, as usual, since the tablet pieces foam quickly.

Change Toothpaste includesdicalcium phosphate, erythritol, xylitol, peppermint flavoring, C14-16 sodium olefin sulfonate, sodium bicarbonate, menthol, silicon dioxide and spearmint leaf extract. The tablets do not contain fluoride, gluten, dairy products, nuts, soy, and are stored in paper packaging.

Before entering the market, Canadians consulted with dentists and medical practitioners to make sure that all the ingredients are safe not only for adults, but also for children.

Earlier, we also reported on the world's first funeral home, in which instead of cremation or burial, the dead will be turned into soil in special cells.
