Bybit Crypto Exchange Launches Trading Contest With $ 7.5 Million Prize Pool

On the Bybit cryptocurrency exchange, one of thethe largest international trading competition with a prize fund of $ 7.5 million. As a result of the tournament, more than $ 400,000 in bitcoins will be donated to the UN Children's Fund UNICEF.

Register for the Bybit World Global CompetitionSeries of Trading (WSOT) will open simultaneously to participants from around the world on August 18, 2021 at 13:00 Moscow time. This year's event should reaffirm its status as the world's largest cryptocurrency trading tournament.

The 2021 WSOT prize pool is $7.5 million: up to $6 million in the teamEspecially for the competition, the exchange has released a collectible line of themed NFTs.

The tournament is open to users from anywhereplanets where the Bybit platform is available. Participants can form their own team or join one they like, as well as compete individually. Early registration provides access to a range of privileges, and active participation – to draws for a limited collection of NFTs and bonuses totaling $40 000.

To qualify for the WSOT Individual Competition2021, the user must have at least 300 USDT in their account, and from 0.02 BTC – to participate in both team and individual competitions, as well as the opportunity to receive unique bonuses and NFTs.

Last year, Bybit donated from the prize moneyWSOT fund 10 bitcoins with a total value of more than $100 thousand for the UN Children's Fund initiatives to provide humanitarian assistance during the pandemic. However, COVID-19 continues to keep the world in a state of global crisis, affecting children's access to education. It is difficult to overestimate how critical this detrimental impact can be in the long term. 

In 2021, the crypto exchange increased the volume of contributionsfour times – up to $400,000 in BTC to support UNICEF's efforts to ensure children in East Asia and the Pacific have access to quality education.
