The price of altcoin Bitcoin SV fell significantly after its main supporter confirmed that he does not have access to 1.1 million BTC.

Let us recall that on Tuesday, January 14, Wright promisedcourt to provide “necessary information to decipher” a trust that holds 1.1 million bitcoins. Following his announcement, the price of BSV soared to an all-time high of $436.

However, according to lawyer Wright, the developer did not receive private keys from BTC wallets, but only received a list of addresses of these wallets. On January 18, the lawyer for the Australian businessman Address Rivero stated:

The folder Mr. Wright received does not contain private keys.

Rivero added that Wright expects to receiveprivate keys a little later, however, he did not give the exact date. It is worth noting that shortly before the announcement, the price of BSV fell from $436 to $265 – the drop was about 40%.

As previously reported, Craig Wright has alreadyprovided fake evidence and false information to the court. According to lawyer Stephen Palley, Wright provided the court with fabricated documents in order to confirm his trusting relationship with the plaintiffs.
