Bitmain's New Antminer S19 and S19 Pro Specifications Presented

Bitmain, the largest manufacturer of bitcoin mining equipment, has presented the specifications of newAntminer S19 and S19 Pro. According to the Chinese company, the new devices will provide miners with a steady income even after the upcoming cryptocurrency halving of the first cryptocurrency in May.

The new Antminer S19 and S19 Pro are presented in twooptions. So, Antminer S19 models come with a hash rate of 95 TH / s and 90 TH / s with two mining modes, respectively. In normal mode, the energy efficiency of both models is 34 34.5 + / -% 5 J / TH.

The Antminer S19 Pro versions have a hashrate of 110 TH/s and 105 TH/s, and a power efficiency of 29.5 /-%5 J/TH.

The increased energy efficiency of the new Antminer S19 series models is provided by the new Bitmain proprietary chip.

Dates of the start of deliveries of new models and their prices have not yet been announced.

Recall that at the end of 2019, Bitmain CEO Cihan Wu introduced three strategies designed to reduce financial barriers for mining equipment buyers.
