“We see the Seychelles asa friendly region for the crypto community. We have been working on this registration for several months - it will allow us to expand cooperation with partners and strengthen relationships with banks. We believe this will help attract talent from overseas as we focus on growth and scale. It is critical for us to recruit highly qualified candidates globally and establish regional hubs to simultaneously facilitate local communication and coordination in strategic markets,” said Bitget Managing Director Gracie Chen.

About plans to expand the number of employeesBitget announced in early summer that it had set a goal of increasing its staff to 1,000 people. According to Bitget, the exchange has grown from 450 people since June to more than 800 people as of the end of September - a 78% increase in 4 months. The exchange is currently looking for talented engineers, as well as product, marketing and branding team members to provide users with the best social trading experience. As Gracie Chen notes, the expansion of staff is consistent with Bitget's global expansion and long-term strategy, and new specialists will help the exchange create a safe and reliable platform.
