According to the official statement of BitFlyer representatives, the European branch of the exchange adds support for five new altcoins - Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), Litecoin (LTC), Lisk (LSK) and Monacoin (MONA).

Trading with the five new altcoins will be available to residents of Europe, and users from the United States will receiveaccess to trading BCH, ETC and LTC.It is worth noting that trading these assets was already available to clients from Japan.

Andy Bryant, one of the BitFlyer Europe’s executives, said:

We significantly expand our offer, adding trade in new altcoins. Using our experience working with viola in Japan, we are confident that we can offer European and American customers a level of transparency, speed and security comparable to trading in bitcoin and ether.

Recall that in an attempt to comply with the requirements of the Japan Financial Services Agency, Bitflyer has been blocking user accounts suspected of price manipulation since last year.
