Major cryptocurrency exchange Bitfinex has added staking support to its platform.
In the announcement of April 3it is indicated that users who store cryptocurrency exchanges with staking support on their wallets will receive up to 10% of the annual profit.
The technical director of the exchange said thatInitially, the platform will support staking of three cryptocurrencies – EOS, V-Systems (VSYS) and Cosmos (ATOM). Management also plans to add Tezos (XTZ) staking in the coming months.
In addition, he said that Bitfinex is in the process of developing new products, “related to P2P margin trading and loans.”
Let us remind you that previously a series of delistings were carried out on the exchange. In March, the exchange removed first 46 and then 87 trading pairs from its lists, citing low liquidity.
