Change the number of news and length of headlines
Cryptocurrency news every yeargetting bigger. Given that the industry is developing rapidly, this is not surprising. But it is interesting that in parallel with this, the average and maximum length of the headers is growing.
One of the reasons that the media increases the number of characters may be the desire to simplify the choice for the reader, making the headings more informative.
In the era of the fight against clickbait, search engineslower resources in the issuance, if those have a large failure rate. One way to keep the reader on the site is to use clear headings that are not misleading.
Like any sphere at the beginning of its journey, cryptocurrency faced with high expectations and, as a result, strong disappointment. But over time, more and more began to be written about it, the sphere became clearer, and the illusions regarding cryptocurrency finally began to disappear.
Since 2017, mood swings in media headlinesbecoming less noticeable. The news is in a positive direction. The exception is a sharp decline in the second half of 2019: then the price of bitcoin collapsed from the highest for the year $ 13,000 to $ 7000.
Most cryptocurrency media headlines are written in a positive and trusting manner. The share of negativity and fear that is inherent in world news is rather low.
The most rapid was the growth in moods.“Trust” and “positive”: since 2017, the curve has risen sharply. Most likely, this is due to the Bitcoin exchange rate: then it grew from $ 1,000 to $ 17,000, which made the cryptocurrency market come alive.
