Binance Launches Options Trading on Ethereum and XRP That Will Allow Traders to Efficientlytake advantage of financial instruments on the crypto market.
A little more than a month after Binance launched the trading of options for bitcoins, the company announced the listing of Ethereum (ETH) and Ripple XRP contracts.
Options – these are financial instruments withleverage effect, which allow you to buy or sell a coin at a certain price over a certain period of time. Depending on the type of contract, the buyer receives a profit if the cryptocurrency has increased or decreased in price by the end of the term.
Options on ETH and XRP are offered for a period of 10minutes to a day. The minimum contract amount for Ethereum will be 0.001 ETH, the maximum – 200 ETH. For XRP, the minimum is 0.1 XRP and the maximum is – 200,000 XRP.
Binance Options was the first exchange to offer XRP options.
