Binance Launches Its Cryptocurrency-Enabled Payment Service

Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has launched a beta version of its payment service.

Head of Trading PlatformChangpeng Zhao said during the Binance Blockchain Week online conference:

"We believe that payments are one of the most obvious use cases for cryptocurrencies."

The Binance Pay service is available to users registered on the exchange. To create an account, you must go through the KYC procedure.

Binance said the betasupports BNB exchange token, Binance USD stablecoin (BUSD), bitcoin (BTC), ether (ETH) and euro. Also, users have access to the ecosystem token of the issuer of bank debit cards linked to digital assets Swipe (SXP).

Transfers are limited to an amount of up to 10 thousand dollars or 10 transactions per day.

Earlier payment company PayPal opened access to Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ether and Litecoin for US customers.
