Barcelona Releases BAR Cryptocurrency Token on Chiliz Blockchain

After Roma and Juventus, the Barcelona football club joined the Chiliz blockchain with its own token underthe name is BAR.

Its goal is to increase the level of interaction between the team and its fans, who will be able to vote for decisions regarding the life of a football club.

For example, not so long ago Juventus asked hishelp fans choose a new song that will sound when the team scores. To vote, fans must have tokens and an account on Socios.com.

Each time fans interact with the Chiliz app, they receive points to buy exclusive goods, chat, exchange tokens and gain access to video games.

BAR tokens will be available for purchase by the end2020, their total issue will be 40 million. The initial cost of the token will be 2 €, later it can be exchanged on the exchange in the Socios.com application.
