Australia plans to launch Bitcoin ETF this year

The Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) may launch the country's first crypto ETF by the end of the year.

According to information Business Insider Australia, ASX is currently reviewing a number of applications to create a Bitcoin ETF based on cryptocurrency.

Although ASX cannot directly comment on bidsfor listing, the exchange confirmed that digital assets are now too relevant to continue to be ignored. Back in February, ASX officials said they "basically have no objection" to Bitcoin ETFs.

Crypto ETF Will Let Australians Buy Cartlargest digital coins per transaction in Australian dollars. This will allow ordinary investors to own a currency such as Bitcoin as part of their day-to-day stock portfolio.
