A New York court denied bail to Ethereum Foundation developer Virgil Griffith over a text message.The message he sent to his parents.

According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Griffith is in custody at the time of writing. His lawyer has not yet commented on the information.
Recall, Griffith is accused of providing the DPRK with information about the use of cryptocurrencies to circumvent US sanctions and money laundering during a visit to the conference in Pyongyang.
