Almost 50% of crypto investors are driven by the opinion of celebrities

According to the latest research by Morning Consultant, celebrity opinion has a big impact on crypto investors.

Having conducted a survey among 2.2 thousand.Americans, analysts have found that almost half of cryptocurrency owners turn to celebrities for advice, but financial advisers still have more influence on decision-making.

A share that would invest in a cryptocurrency if the following people approved it:

Online stars are trusted by about 45% of crypto investors, and the opinion of financial advisors – 81%.  

At the same time, retail crypt holders with a greatermore likely to turn to celebrities for investment strategy advice than large investors. These players are more likely to choose traditional financial advisors.

Crypto owners tend to be younger and trust social media more when making financial decisions.

They came to similar conclusions at the beginning of the year andPiplsay analysts. According to them, almost 40% of Americans have invested in cryptocurrencies after Elon Musk's tweets. More than 64% of crypto investors are subscribed to a businessman's account.
