46% of respondents said they had less than $1,000 in crypto, while another 25% said they had between $1,000 and $10,000.
According to a Huobi survey, 7 out of 10 crypto holders from the United States first invested in digital assets last year.
In mid-December, the exchange surveyed about 3,100 U.S. adult investors to assess their awareness and sentiment about cryptocurrencies.
68% of respondents first bought crypto last year, 21% up to two years ago, 12% up to four years ago, and 9% started investing more than four years ago.
However, in the conclusion to their paper, Huobi analysts suggested that despite a noticeable acceleration in the popularization of cryptocurrencies, “it will be a long time before mass adoption occurs.”
