$ 15 million lawsuit filed against Justin Sun and TRON Foundation

Two former employees are suing TRON Foundation CEO Justin Sun, the foundation itself, and Kong's CTOLee They accuse the former leadership of unlawful dismissal, violation of labor law and abuse of authority, reports CoinDesk.

Hall and Jurašek argue that they neverthere were complaints about the work performed - the latter before the conflict even increased wages. They consider their dismissal as revenge and discrimination. The Chinese workers who replaced them are loyal to violations of US labor laws and the distribution of illegal content through BitTorrent, the plaintiffs emphasize.

They intend to recover $ 15 million in qualitycompensation for illegal dismissal, the creation of intolerable working conditions and moral damage. The plaintiffs also ask the court to help the defendants comply with labor laws.

The lawsuit was filed back in October, but made publicjust now. In a response submitted to the court in December by TRON Foundation, BitTorrent, Sun and Lee challenged jurisdiction, the factual nature of the lawsuit and the motives for the charges.
