11 class action lawsuits filed against cryptocurrency companies in the US

New York law firm Roche Cyrulnik Freedman filed 11 lawsuits against well-known firms working withdigital currencies.

Law Firm Accuses Crypto Platforms of“unlicensed activities” and the sale of unregistered securities through initial coin offerings (ICOs) in the form of digital tokens. “Unregistered” the following tokens are named in the lawsuit documents: EOS, BNT, SNT, QSP, KNC, TRX, FUN, ICX, OMG, LEND, ELF and CVC. 

In addition, the KayDex, Quantstamp, KuCoin, HDR Global Trading, BitMEX, Bprotocol, Status, Block.one, Civic and Binance platforms are also accused of breaking the law.

Claims are directed against persons from various countries: South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, USA, China, Seychelles, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands. The lawsuit will primarily affect companies that are located outside the United States.

The Roche Cyrulnik Freedman company itself is known for the lawsuit against Craig Wright. Employees of the company accuse Wright of stealing military-technical equipment from the estate of Dave Kleiman immediately after his death.
