Why won't bitcoin futures be introduced on the MICEX?

In America, they were listening, but here there is silence.They are introducing some new dubious tools, but what is realis now in demand among speculators to be outside the access zone. Are they afraid that all the money will go there and no one will trade real assets? If not, then it has been asking for three years
